Measurements: Wire bowl is 8" diameter with lucite liner 7-3/4" diameter
Solid base is 4-1/4" in diameter.
Noticeable patina on the base.
Marked PM in a shield with Italy below.
Nice. Wouldn't this be cute with ribbons woven into the wire sides of the bowl that coordinate with the decorative theme? Red and green? White and gray?
